DOREEN MYERS, founder of Myers Hamilton and Associates, brings 25+ years Human Resource, training and organizational development experience gained at organizations such as Dow Corning, FRAM® (Honeywell) and Moen®, both in Canada and the U.S. She has been a guest faculty member at the University of Western Ontario Leadership program Capstone sessions and graduated as a MEDA HCIM Fellow after travelling to Zambia to develop a recruitment and development strategy for a local finance organization.
An experienced change agent, certified in the use of Human Synergistics® assessment tools, Doreen has worked with clients ranging from manufacturing to high tech, health care related services, municipalities and non-profit organizations. This experience, combined with hands on leadership, materials management and customer service experience, provides an excellent source of practical business solutions.

SHELLEY SHANTZ, brings over 20 years Human Resource training experience gained at organizations such as Schaeffler (FAG Bearings Ltd.), Clemmer SteelCraft Technologies and American Standard. A hands-on HR Professional, Shelley specializes in making a difference through team building and continuous improvement programs such as Kaizen, “Workouts” , 5S and SCORE (Supplier Cost Reductions efforts) to improve the bottom line in manufacturing and office environments.
Known for her high energy, upbeat approach, Shelley consistently motivates teams to achieve success through continuous improvement. She is also a key member of our Event Planning services team.
CONNIE MORRISON, CHRP brings over 20 years of expertise in the areas of Labour Relations, Collective Bargaining, Compensation, Job Evaluation, Pay Equity and Talent Management, in Private and Public Sector organizations, Long Term Care and Board operated agencies.
Well known throughout the Southwestern Ontario Division of the Industrial Accident Prevention Association (IAPA) for over 17 years as a volunteer, Connie has also assisted clients in implementing and managing Health, Safety and Disability Claims Management programs.
Connie’s ability to work with very diverse groups of people allows her to bring about strategic change in a collaborative, team based approach while maintaining a bottom line philosophy of providing quality customer service.
